Put-upon natives diss radioactive waste ski hill

In Etobicoke we have a giant ski hill made of garbage.  This one might be a bit different.  It's good for old men, and perhaps cancer patients.  It won't glow in the dark, but they should put in some eerie blue lights.

Now, that part of the Ottawa Rift is one of the most seismically active zones of Canada.  I'm quite happy that the hill will be stable for earthquake, but who knows?
