Wet side of the clipper starts pouring in

 


The weak Pacific plume could only get this far because the Arctic is having a snooze.


Greenland is waking up.


Although the 'wet side' is warm by our standards, it is cold by trumple-standards.  I call it 'The Wet Side Story'.  You can see a hint of the 'Dark Side' on the regular long-term forecast.


I call this wind pattern the 'Greenland Flower'.  Happens all the time when Greenland blooms to a white light, indicating 60 below.  Maybe this time, it will blossom to 70 below, but the chart doesn't go that low.
