I'm calling it now, even though I should wait for a 'Dreaming of a White Greenland' tomorrow. The dam has broken once again, and we'll see the 30 below stuff coming down to Texas. The UK still has a plume blocking the flow, but that's a strong as Russia in Syria.
The big question for NA is how far the 20 below stuff goes down. For the UK, the big question is how long it lasts. This flow or the next one will continue through the winter. Of course, I am just following my hypothesis, and something could come along to upset it, like last year. Don't put any money on it. Don't buy ice skates just for the Thames.
