Alas, poor hurricane twins, I knew them well. We are still in one Arctic flow, and another one is coming. Squeezed between is lots of rain. A few inches, at least. The cottage area needs it.
The Siberia cold is retreating, and Canada is getting it.
Europe is still cold.
Like a bug on the windshield, one leg is still twitching.
Just a gyre in the Arctic, no major vortex, so it is just starting a recharge cycle. Recharges will get shorter and shorter as the season progresses, just like a 500KW tessy charger that can blow out the grid.
