With no Arctic blobs, we are getting the Gulf air over us. Very hot. Also lots of Pacific air.
Look at that beautiful hot spot.
Arctic in recharge just means Chaotic Quivering. You have no idea when it kicks up back to life again. Maybe in a week or two, and it may come over us, Siberia, or the UK.
