Greenhouse woes

So, every other day we get huge windstorms from the east or west.  My greenhouse frame is in the lower position, but still gets whapped.  So far, we haven't had any sun to to make the soil warmer.  All in all, a total waste for anything.

This means we'll never grow decent tomatoes in Toronto again.  I'll just plant turnips like they do in northern Labrador.  Beets are good, as well, like in Russia.  If I can just get that dastardly wabbit!

Don't say we'll never grow decent tomatoes again!!
I love tomatoes from the garden- My dad is from italy
He's just planted a whole batch of tomatoes- though he mostly gardens in pots now.
He's nursing his fig trees- I will not share your prediction with him.
It would break his heart :(

Hey, grandad has been through the wars of the 70's and such. We've had such great tomato weather for the past 20 years. It's just that I think we are dropping lower than the 70's. Don't tell anyone. One fan asked his in-law about the warming thing and he violently said "It's all perfect and right." No more comment. I feel sorry for the old guy. You shouldn't ask fanatics if we should do just a little bit of physics. Big bite on the head.
