Once in a while, I'll see a 'Science Porn' article that looks real. That's about 1% of them. This can scale since just a little piece is a huge scaling. The only question is the expense. In the nuclear plant we use huge blocks of lead for shielding, and that makes earthquakes a problem. It almost seems like fantasy that you could replace that with a thin sheet.
The only other explanation is that this is a total fraud, but we'll find that out soon. The essence of the Scientific Method is to reproduce it.
ps now that I've chewed on it, this defies basic physics, like 'perpetual motion machines' and 'greenhouse gases'. With that 'Nutty Battery' and such, they must think there is great profit in this sort of 'snake oil'. Really, who is there to oppose it? And if they did oppose it, who is there to listen?
