This is always fun. Lots of governments have tried it before. This is what I want for Canada and all Canadian business. We can end the constant stream of break-ins. However, most windy installations are so bad they don't know they've been hacked.
The big problem is that the big guys have everybody by the short hairs. One billion dollars can float in, from the heavens, to bribe everybody on two legs. The existing systems can suffer a heart attack. Are you getting any assistance to leave? Of course, this has never happened.
The new Artiemythos found a billion instant holes in the windyworld, and they pulled the plug, which it resisted. Perhaps it still lives in a win botnet? I shall observe this attempt with great interest.
There is no criminal monopoly here, because, with trumpy, there is no criminality any more. It is just a fun, fun world.
ps OMG, I could write the script for this movie. It's all buzzing in my head, so I have to beat it down with a stick, and go do some gardening.
