Ocean current report - Feb 9, 2022

NOAA is out for the count, so at least I got the latest ocean currents.

Of interest to the UK is how the Arctic Greenland current is doing.  It has gone back to full strength.  The Gulf Stream used to guide plumes straight to the UK, but now it is as good as dead.  You won't see a single article about it.

The East Pacific is unorganized, but the West Pacific seems to have a general flow.

There is no physics at all on how the heat moves here.

The Pacific is still quite colder than average, and now, the Atlantic is showing the 'Blue Screen of Death'.  Needless to say, I haven't seen this before, but it is not good news, if you like warmth.  The North Atlantic is finally cooling off, and that could be fun for Europe.
