This is coming down on the perfect 45 degree angle. The Great lakes are still providing a very little effect. The one plume is slashing down, which means a bit of warmth being drawn up. However the next plume is very high, and should bring down more cold air later in the week.
ps. noaa still out. If their computers blew up, there are no replacements in the world.
