Those Pacific plumes are too weak, and cannot blow out the cold air.
We are getting an udder of cold, making it 'udderly miserable'.
We are getting another finger sticking out at us. Let's hope it gets deflected away like the last one.
In good news, the ice is gone from the cottage lake, and my boat is in the water. The bad news it that it is too cold and miserable to go up, and I can't install the water pump yet, with these 'swords of cold' hanging over us.

ps world ocean temp is down, gulf of Maine is up because of summer, the el nino band is low.
