The forecast was for 4C and it only went down to 7C. Tonight, they still say 5C, but blah, blah. We put the tomatoes in anyway, since we grew our own from seed, and we have spares. Before you say anything, they are all spoken for.
Our cold jet is moving on.
I can say we are having our 1973 Spring, going in to the Canadian May long weekend. The weather people are saying this is 'typical', having already forgot our warmth excursion. Well, everybody can forget, and I won't release my book on it all -- "The Day the Brains Stood Still".
ps After tonight, we are planting cucumbers as seeds.
