Beautiful Chinese shaver becomes 'Phaser on Overload!'

A fabulous shaver that I used on my trip, and now I use it every few days for shaving, since I like the 'Hollywood Look', or being lazy.  It's been a few months, and I bought it because it is cheaper than new rotary blades.

It suddenly started a habit of turning on by itself in the drawer.  OMG!  Turn it off!  I can't!  The button won't do anything.

However, I have continued to use it by charging it overnight before hollywood shaving day, and use it right away after pulling out the charger.  It can't start with the charger, and I could have done that before.  I shave and let it run down so I can put it in the drawer without any energy to blow up.
