Brought to you by the bunch who decided that a good Circular Economy bit o' fun was to stop farmers burning waste vegetable matter in fields and make them drive it (tractor and trailer) on an 80km round trip to an incinerator to be burned. Queue riots and a repeal of the new law 3 months later. Oh how we laughed.... Not.
