Poots has decided to attack Europe. That will really put up their carbon emissions. We all know that the whole poots thing started with Germany rolling over and getting rid of perfectly good nuclear plants. This made them cute puppies buying poots natgas. They are going to finally have a real winter to test natgas plans, or maybe, poots is burning all those plants.
So, they might as well put NATO troops in Ukraine. Poots is having too much fun to press the Big Red Button.
