According to the article, the worker in question only received the equivalent of a chest Xray, which is 0.2 milliseiverts, or two and a half days worth of background radiation.
Still a good dose for a nuclear worker who has to watch his yearly accumulation, and most importantly, it is reportable. I'll bet if you plot accidental dose frequency, it's power law! (I'm guessing here!)
