The Search for Heat

 The Arctic continues to flow down on us.  Normally, with no wind at all, we would expect seasonal stagnant warmth by now.  But not this day.

We have new 'Buds of Cold' growing and visiting us.

The tomato-destroying cold stops just north of Toronto.

The southern states will have their heat on full blast, and wearing parkas.  

This is fun.  On the chart, India is perfectly normal, as in, they get this heat all the time.  It's what always drove the British overlords to mountains every summer.  This guy is a paid model, not a speck of sweat on him.  Anyway, the winds look to soon bring them back to parka weather.  Nice try, guys, but a bit sad.

I would expect the 'default heat' to kick in by now, and give us 'Old Summer'.  The definition of 'New Summer' is above freezing.

ps.  and in the best 'anti-physics' article of the year, we have warm water lurking in the depths.

This is sad because warmer water always goes to the top, where it is seen by the satellites.  Fundamental physics, like dropping a hammer on your foot.  

ps like trumpy, they sink to new lows of physics corruption.  I just don't think their hearts are in it any more.  Right now, my heart isn't into great stupidity, so I'll go for a while.
