Europe has the fun of having all the Atlantic plumes being shoved away. Their main flow has ended at the top, but the leftovers are still cold.
The 'Black Creep' has entered the provinces. That's always good for the media.
Lots of places have it colder than normal.
I'm not getting much out of this. The 'Wheel of Cold Fortune' is still spinning.
