Linux - kernel 4.19 still has amdgpu regression

4.17 is now at end of life and it's not perfect.  There seems to be a memory leak that takes a week to freeze the system.  4.18 didn't boot, and now 4.19 doesn't boot as well.  Perhaps 4.20, or just go to 5.  :)
