Plastic waste cuts ocean acidity

 

Sorry, just too many doomer stories today.  I'll try to be better.

ps the plastic in the oceans is dumped by slobs who like littering.  There is nothing you can do except enforcement, unless it is Trump.  The lefties in this article show lots of plastic, but never trace it to the source, because these people are poor leftie darlings.  Instead, they go after Canadians who never drop plastic on the sidewalk, let alone the ocean.  All the leftie solutions will not work, since any change in plastic increases the cost by a cent.  Cheapest solution is to take the cheapest plastic and throw it over your shoulder.
