Typhoon eggs smash against the cold

This is neat.  I did the longer time frame.  It shows mini-typhoons generating over a warm spot in the West Pacific and smashing against a wall of cold, not reaching Japan.

This typhoon-smashing is releasing very thin tropical plumes that are hitting NA, causing our mucky weather, to some extent.  We also have the missing Arctic Basin Vortex.  So, we will just have this weather for some time to come.  I look every day for the basin vortex to start spinning again.
