If you blinked, you missed Arctic max warmth

In a blink of an eye, the Arctic may be starting up again.

We have a strong Pacific plume, but with no heat energy.

This is weird, but not unexpected.  However, I was thinking of the middle of August.  Should the Arctic be resurgent, then we will have had a 2 week summer.  But, I'm really hoping for a bit longer.

We'll have to use Greenland as the marker.  It is at the warmest so far, and we hope it gets warmer, but a 20% chance that we've had our summer, and it starts to get colder.

Using the min temps, we see that there is no warmth anywhere.  The warmies will use the desert noon peaks, and come up with a different answer.  Life is good.

ps Serious talk to my 3 readers.  This year has been unusual in that the Arctic has continued to drain cold air into July.  Deep thrusts of cold air have caused all the things are claimed as clange.  There should be a period in the summer when the Arctic is stagnant, but it hasn't happened yet.  The worst for warm weather is that there is no 'summer Arctic' and it starts the fall routine.

I know, the tomatoes are growing like they know what's happening.
