Okay, I thought the bridge between condos in Toronto was a bit much, but now this.
All the cities of the world have exactly the same odds of a disaster earthquake. That's because the cities that haven't had an earthquake in a few hundred years are so slack. Everybody works on living memory.
However, the big news is how cheap the condos are there. Neat. Just don't be swimming during an earthquake. You'd be tossed out like the baby and bathwater. :)
