Battling Bobbling Bridges

Seismic work on bridges. They should figure out a way to not allow a massive traffic jam right on the bridge, and also to throw red lights as soon as the system detects an earthquake.

Seems like a good idea. I wouldn't want to be in the traffic there at the moment, though. Must be pretty bad.
