This is fun, as they are blaming this all on climate change and grrenhouse gases. This is clear air convection which was studied heavily in the 70's. The irony is that if clear-air convection exists, then there cannot be grrenhouse gases.
All the 70's stuff was thrown out, since it conflicted with the dogma. Now we are stuck with the chance of your airline food smashing into the ceiling. I am amazed.
