I never thought I would use the term 'stagnant hurricane'. But it is staying over its warm spot and not moving. All the wind patterns in this side of the world are just swirling.
This is what happens with zero energy in the oceans. Anyway, at least Europe is enjoying a fresh breeze from the Arctic.
