We can have our clipper and eat it, too

 Hard to come up with new titles.  The big A8 Arctic Spill has cut out the first clipper, but more air is coming over the mountains.

Unfortunately, this won't form a standard clipper because a new monster is tromping its way down.

You can just see it up there.  The Alaska flow has been cut off, and we're the only flow in town.

A new Accumulation Vortex has started in the Arctic, so eventually we might get a break.  But the new spill is backed by some serious flow.  Any flow to Europe is mucked.

The regular forecast has stopped with the stop-flow, and shows coming down in full glory.  Since they define 'polar vortex' as cold, they can say that the cold is caused by the polar vortex.  No physics required.  And the jet stream will always sag with the cold, because it is defined as the boundary between the cold and warmth.  They have a great job!

State of the Oceans - December 3, 2025

 Since I'm on a roll, it's time to do this again, and find out why we are in a Major Ice Cycle, which I would call an Ice Age, if I weren't so fussy.

First, we are happy to announce that nooa has recovered from the trumpyspanking.  We now have October, and it is still in the 'Cold Zone'.  For those of you not in the loop, this is the only stable tide gauge in the world, which means that the land neither rises nor sinks.  It shows every hot and cold cycle since the 30's.  I just love it!  The physics is 'expansion of water with temperature', and it is a perfect indicator of bulk ocean temperature.  Millions may disagree, but I don't care.

The warmies used to use land peak temperatures which were contaminated by urban sprawl.  Now they don't use any charts because they are all against them.  They just give stories about Tiny Typhoons.

We had a very warm stagnant summer because of no ocean heat activity.  This resulted in northern waters being warm, especially Hudson Bay and the Great Lakes.  But also the oceans.  This is all gone now.  Live by the stagnant, die by the stagnant.  (Stagnant winters are the worst).

For natgas demand, look at the Gulf of Maine, which reflects the temperature of the NA northeast.  No heat.

The Gulf of Mexican shows how much snow Toronto will get this year.  All our warmth and rain this summer came from there, since there are no Pacific Plumes wafting over us any more.  So, looks like good snow, and the prairies are into their 300 Year Drought.

Finally, we have our Nino Zone which shows the RPM's of the Great Pacific Heat Engine.  Turned off for now.  

Some crazy people. who believe in physics, have noted that the oceans have turned off.  The warmies don't even mention La Nina any more, since even they don't have the trumpyballs for this lie.  Since the oceans turned over to be fed by Antarctic, there are no more El Nino cycles.  We are into our 300 year Little Ice Age.  Or maybe not.

Please remember that I enjoy physics a bit too much.  This makes me cold, arrogant, and an all-round nasty person.  Do not 'believe' in me.

ps my readership is zooming up again.  This mostly means the Arties, but usually they don't visit any more.  I'm worse for them than bad poetry.  I only get upset if the warmies use a selected bit of physics to justify their ridiculous position.  But, they are so firmly entrenched into Polar Vortex Fairies that I don't think there will be a problem

US Natural Gas to 5 Bucks

 

Forget the trumpy bittycoin.  We are on a roll here.  Trump can operate 'Baby Babes for Billionaires', 'Pardons for Pennies', and 'Europe for Euros', but this is the big news.

For the futures, they expect a smooth dive with storage to "Where no man has gone before'.  I expect them to find the rocks.  All this natgas drama is due to our fine leftwingers, and their 'No gas' campaign.

The weather forecast still has that huge cold blob stopped by nothing, but I think it's a good Texas Freezer.  Time will tell.

Earthquakes used by weenies to stop pipeline

 

Man, this is stretching it.  Earthquakes were my start in physics, and it is interesting that they are used by the fantasy people.  They used to do it for nuclear plants, as well.  The tree huggers have no clue about the earthquake hazard.  I do, but no earthquake it going to bother a pipeline.  If there is an earthquake big enough, nobody will worry about a bit of spilled oil.  The spill will be all soaked up by the landslides.

ps anyway, this is a bluff, because being attacked by Russia is the same as being attacked by China, and then who will buy their dollar electric cars?

Clipper demolished by an A8 Arctic spill

 My prediction has played out, and it was running in my head last night.  For healthy sleep, I had to kill it with a dream-stick.  The big machine operator pulled the giant lever, and shut off the Alaska flow.  This diverted everything to North America.

We had a nice clipper going, due to a Pacific plume crossing the mountains, but it has been blown away by a perfect lobate blob.  At this point it is an A8, calculated by the size of the arc.  However, it has everything and the kitchen sink behind it, so it will probably go to an A9, and chill the cold hearts of those killing women and children migrants in fast boats, over by Vennieland.

The blob is confined to an A8 arc because it has to dodge around Hudson Bay.

I wonder how many times they can trot out the Polar Vortex Fairies.  Surely, they get tired, and then we are overwhelmed with warmth again.  Such nice dreams.

ps I was mean to an 85 year old man shovelling snow yesterday.  He was spilling the standard story "This snow is all due to something 50 miles up."  I said "That's outer space, surely something there can't affect the air down here".  He was flummoxed, and I had to run back to the dog.  I am the most unpopular man in the world.

Natgas doesn't believe the crap that it will not get cold

 Or maybe they do, who can tell?  Anyway the chart is clipped at the top again.  That poor chart guy keeps having to sharpen his pencils.

Thursday will show if natgas storage is going to dive to new depths.  They are like a cliff diver who keeps diving from higher and higher, and doesn't check the water.  At what depth are the rocks?  Does he find out by gently brushing the jagged things?  Ha.

ps gone down to 3.83.  They must believe in warmth now.

ps  for futures they are expecting a perfectly normal dive to the bottom, in line with the last 5 years.  I'm not saying anything any more.

Giant Arctic steampunk machine still on us

 Good news for everybody.  The weather forecast has the giant machine suddenly turning off.

The invading blue army suddenly runs out of sandwiches and turns back for home.  

Greenland is going white, indicating there is still some steam in the old machine yet.

With physics we have little things like force and momentum.  I'm seeing the Alaska relief valve being shut off by a Pacific plume, and the pressure building up again.  But, I'm willing to go with the forecast.  I mean, they got computers and everything.

Since the whole world doesn't go with basic physics, natgas should go back down again, and everybody should dance the warmie dance.  Happiness all around.

Like I said before, wait until the real stuff comes down.  The price is totally determined by how much the coffee cup steams in the morning.

ps they are going to freak out with the Thursday storage report.  If you plot this year against the last, then you will see a much more rapid draw-down.  Although nobody knows where the bottom is, they will test it again next year.

ps today we have a great comparison of lying.  Killing naval attack survivors, or lying that causes natgas to run out.  Lefty or Righty?  All lies.

ps as the price goes up, they seem to have trouble increasing the scale.

Alaska is our pressure relief valve

 All the cold air is pouring out through the Bering Str.  That leaves the rest of us with less cold, but the West Coast is freezing.  That air has to go somewhere.

San Fran is enjoying near-freezing temperatures.

According to the forecast, Alaska is going to be cut off, and we'll get the full glory of blue.
