This is fine. We're back to the old days. A storm of low 3's only gives us a 4 eventually. I would define a storm as about a dozen a day. We know now that a storm of high 3's or low 4's gives us a 5, but not today. :)
Everybody enjoy a fine day down there. I've got freezing rain as our mini ice age continues.
