That's nice. Now I don't have anything to do. I can't make fun of the OGS or the usgus. They have taken the more extreme position that it is all the water they inject, not just surface water.
It's too late for the oil industry to come up with this thought:

They lied and cheated, and when the big earthquakes come rolling in, everything has to stop. Think of the effect on oil prices! Had they been honest sooner, they could have investigated the patented Fish Treatment. They could have injection and no earthquakes, but really, they should seal their boreholes.
So for now, all the government people are going for the Stupidity Defence, where they throw up their hands and say there is nothing they can do. The earthquakes will go on.
