The 3 bedroom 2-story dormer house around the corner sold for 1.5 mill. This is past the peak price before the huge seller and buyer strike of the last year or so.
Get your house listed! This can't last long. The year before covid, the houses went way down, then the covid peak. If this market resumes with a lot of sellers and buyers, then I should eat my stupid leaves everywhere. However, for this house, the market was very thin and rich people must have been eager.
There has been a huge compression between the monster houses, and the standard 3 bedroom in the neighbourhood. Time to trade up if you are packed with kids.
