Ha, it all depends on a tropical plume coming out of the heart of chaos, which another way to say I don't have a clue. My gut is saying 2-4 weeks, which extends the cold snap to totally unknown territory.
My dumb view regarding this cold malarkey is that the planet is trying to create a hot belt around the equator and very cold poles to create a hot to cold currents. If you're under the joins except big snow.
To put it another way, we have been set up not to fail by having a water planet. All our temperatures are moderated by the water. We will not become Venus or Mars, and the doomers are just doomers.
How much longer for this cold snap in your guesstimate.
