Ok, so I was looking at the Gulf Stream and noticed that it has stopped warming Russia, in a bid to close those ports.
Neat I thought, but then I looked at the Gulf of Mex and noticed that it has lost all its warmth.
Who cares? You say. But every last scrap of heat for Toronto comes from there. Hopefully, the chart makers get their crayons back, and make solid lines, but the provisional dots are straight down.
The subpolar north atlantic has taken a big dot jump. Normally, the water can't change that fast, but this takes the cake.
Expect cold like you've never seen before. The lip-flappers will make up a nice story about the polar vortex fairies.
ps am I happy that I am always right, but freezing to death? No.
