A tale of two approaches

 This is fun.  A crazy company shipped somebody else's shipment inside my order for calendars.  Wife said to do something.  I said no freakin way.  That's because everything that happens to me is very low probability.  But I did it, by using their chat service.  I went up 3 levels, and still they were dumb as dirt.  I said I was just going to take a picture of the shipping label and they can resend.  I sent the photo, but they still didn't understand.  I said you owe my big time, and hung up.

Now, I had a problem with a Chinese order.  This chat was done by a really good AI.  They kept sending me files to straighten it out, and they were perky cheerful.  All resolved in a few minutes.

So, we have 3 jobs that could be replace with an Artie.  Including the managers.  However, I know they will do it stupidly, and it won't work.  Just replace the whole company.

ps all the weather people are finally talking about cold.
