Stagnant rain coming again

 We've had this pattern for months.  The Arctic completely stops, and the stagnant warm Gulf air drifts over us.

Since we have no Pacific air, the Gulf air comes in all sneaky, when the Arctic is snoozing.

Such a warm paradise in the Arctic, hope they start building the resorts soon.  

Look at that huge rain coming for Toronto.  A 2-incher at least.  Nothing for the Prairies, they are in their 100 year drought (only saying that because nobody reads me, could be only 50 years).

The Arctic has stopped all spills, and is filling up the tip tank.  One Arctic vortex only.  Round and round she goes, where she spills, nobody knows.  

ps and thank goodness somebody goes against my gloomy forecast.  Of course, if they are wrong, we'll never hear about it.

No winters at all!  Not like my 10 foot snow winters.  This is much more popular.
