Toronto housing market crashes and dies

I like to make extrapolations from a single point.  A relative's house in Unionville was expected to have riots in the street, and so many offers you couldn't stuff them in.  But nothing.  This is the definitive sign that Toronto is crashing.  When the big wall goes up we'll all freeze in the dark.  That's what the foreign Chinese are thinking, and now staying away, putting their money into the Euro.

I predicted Oklahoma earthquakes with their very first one.  I just forget that I'm wrong 90% of the time.  But you heard it here first.  Toronto has crashed.  :)
