Now, I'm not saying where this is, it's off Westmount Park Drive, in an area of millions-dollar homes. The way to make the big bucks is to put in a tennis court in the wetlands like all the neighbours. In this case, they are going over a sewer easement. Nice toad swamp. I don't really feel for these speculators, since many of these houses look empty.
