Two Headlines
In my scanning of news headlines, here are two that go delightfully together.
Cooling towers required for Oyster Creek nuclear plant may force its closure

If it's the oldest plant I would think it's about ready for de-commissioning anyway.
Meanwhile at CES an interesting item for your E-Education idea. A little pricey for the third world but could be very effective elsewhere.
It seems a bit weird. However, my son the future lawyer, always his netbook open to wikipedia while he reads books, and watches the tv.
